Outlook configiration

Dear Team,

I have installed the BSNL connection on sep but i am unable to establish the connection in outlook express. PLease give me the guidence or send some technical person to solve the problem.

I am from Kakinada (Andhrapradesh)

The BSNL broadband connection is on my personnel name.
