Not getting service for which we are paid to BSNL

Dear Sir,

I have a broad band connection at my residence and since last three months I am regularly book my complaint that I am noit getting this service after making regular payment to BSNL.

Now against that it has been noticed that It is clear w/o knowing wheather it is solved or not. e.g. I have booked my complaint on 27th April and when I have tried to start my Internet on 28th the same complaint was there that PPPoE line is not available. Now again I have booked my complaint on 28th and ask the person who is on the other end at 1504. According to the message given the previous complain has been solved and he is ready to give me the reference no. BUT AS A MATTER OF FACT IT IS NOT AT ALL ATTENDED / SOLVE.

Is there any check point for that?

After three months of continous complaint if the person donot get the service from BSNL then what should be the actions? Even after explaing somany different personality we are not getting the right approach. When we have ask for the PGM to his PA she replied he is not in his cabin and we can not provide his Cell No which company has provide them to be with customer. HOW TRANSPERENT WE ARE?

Now we must wait to contact CGM the final solution and after that we will advise every one on blog to remove BSNL broad band ONLY DUE TO THEIR WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
