Sir/Madam,
With lots of enthusiasm in a crowd of many offering I selected MTNL Internet connection, off course, under the impression that I am selecting trouble free and good after ward services oriented institutional product. But I hope dashed and ruining my decision. During the course of operation connection deactivates many times. First of all it does not activate for many hours.
Many complaints have falls on deaf ears due to problems I am unable to VOIP facility which have become useless for me.
I request you to make facility efficient and operative otherwise I will be left with no other option except shift to other facility provider which will be painful after long association.
