Dear/Sir
I am the new customer of the broad band connection for the past three months and have been facing problems regularly and my work is hampered due to this, please rectify theproblem at the earliest, I have been calling your representative (Shri. GANESH: 9743994893) where there is no response neither he picks the phone or gives wrong promise saying he will attend the complaint in the evening.
Pl rectify the problemat the earliest, if required shifting of the modem can de done.
