Change plan about unlimited downloading

I am new subscriber of internet of broadband. i aply the plan of 250/- per month one GB downloading but i found one GB is very short and in the 6 or 7 days the net covered one GB. After about 10 days i write an application to change my plan as UNLIMITED DOWNLOADING @750/- per month. I also submitted my GOVT. SERVENT CERTIFICATE in connection to reduce or conceesion to me in broadband bills. But yet not reply or respons given me by your hon'ble department, sir.
