Regarding disconnection of internet

Hi,

I have purchased reliance broadband 3 months back But, I am not receiving any bill on my postal adress. As I am leaving in rural area in bangalore I had requested customer care to send the bill on my personal e mail ID but despite of regular followups I am not receiveing my bill. Because of that everytime my net gets disconncted. So, Please look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
