I took the broadband connection for my personal use at home and located at Poonoor. Several times I complained to the officials about the bad performance of Internet connection and they tried to convince me their helpless by saying long distance from Exchange area. But my neighbor took broadband connection nearly one month before and he is enjoying the speed and uninterrupted connectivity. Ussually i am not getting the connection. if i got the connection, it will be disconnected with in 5 minutes. i am paying Rs. 250 Monthly rent for modem for this kind of connection.

So i humbly request you to change my telephone line and provide type II Modem for uninterrupted connectivity.
