Sir,
After lodging complain a few days ago about the average slow speed of my Broadband connection, I have started thinking that BSNL would take proper action to rectify the defect. But today ie on 23.05.08 at 8.05 pm Ifound that the the speed has been remarkably decreased at 26.80 kbps. I am unable to express my feelings in language against BSNL's reverse sweep action. May God bless them.
