Dear Area Manager,

It is a matter of utmost regret that I have to write to you thru this mail. Infact I hv been of the opinion that Govt cos should be supported and subscribed for their services. I have Dolphin Mobile for over 7 yrs or so and am a heavy user with prompt payments. I 'prevented' installation of a private Tel and ISP network in my Society, as President.

However, with the present response and callous attitude of your officers on my problems, I am totally torned apart between my idelogy and Facts - on Ground!

I have been talking to your people at least 3-5 times daily for looking into and correcting the fault with the Internet. Met DE as well. The SDO has been "looking into" the problem since weeks and inspite of his assurances, nothing has been rectified as yet.

Many a times, I am told that they are in the area to look into the problem, but it seems they are relaxing in some Mall!

I have no idea if some "incentives" are being created by your competitors for them, to generate such situations with yr trusted customers, and make them switch to Pvt ISP's.

It needs to be looked into at the highest level possible, may be yr Chairman as well! an I expect some solution immediately or get the Broadband disconnected Immediately???
