Mental irritation by company

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I had taken sify broadband connection a few months back and all things were going ok but from last 2 months the company is continuosly giving me unnecessary calls regarding services (sometimes they say that some virus sort of thing is spreading by your computer or something like that), the distributor (Universal cable, Lko) also send one of its guy regarding this matter and today i have recieved call from company in evening that my id will be blocked. Now when I have recharged my account they are unnecessarily irritating me. So kindly look into the matter so that i may feel relax.
