Hi,

I've applied for broadband connection on 21st June against my base number 033-24139960. Till date the connection has not been established. Meanwhile I have called up your executive so many times and every time got a new committed date. Every time they said unavailability of infrastructure as reason of delay in connection. Here, I would like to know, if there is insufficient infrastructure then how come my application was accepted and committed to provide service with 7 working days? This is not at all acceptable from India’s biggest telecom company.
