Broad Band connected with Telephone No. 2702172 non-functional

The broadband connection with the subject phone is not working since 5 Dec. 07. The complaint was lodged through PSTN Call Centre Phone No. 1500 on 5-12-07. Repeatedly the concerned officials were contacted on Telephone nos. 2358600 and 2358601 and every time it was assured that the person would be reaching the next day for attention but the complaint was not attended till date.

If the department is really serious about the customer grievances, it is requested that the attention to the complaint may kindly be arranged at the earliest.
