Really fed up with my BSNL Broadband Connection

Hi,

This is to put in your kind knowledge that my broadband connection is always dead. So many times, i complaints regarding this issue but no body is taking care about it. After 15 days of complaint line man comes and again after 1-2 days same problem occurs. I am really fed up with BSNL Broadband connection. If this type of service BSNL provide to their customer then how could we proceed with this poor service??
