Broadband connection -home
Lossing net in every 5 minutes

Sir,

I am M.I Paul from Vadavathoor, Kottayam, Kerala.

Last month i took one connection to my Home in Kottayam. We are stilll not satisfied with this connection since on the first day onward the net connection is going in evey 5 minutes.

I really took this connection to chat with my Son who is working abroad. We are still not able to talk and we complaint this for more than 10 times and guys will come and say they dont know what is happening.

What should i do now?

I really thought BSNL is the best for the net connection eventhough our neighbors are using Asianet with no complaints.

Still i believe BSNL and i will wait for 2 to 3 days to get this connection to be corrected.

I got the first bill, i will pay this bill but at the same time i want to know whether i shoud go with this connection.

i really appreaciate a quick response on this at the earliest.
