Internet connection unstable

My internet connection works only for a few minutes and thereafter gets disconnected. Many times there is no connection at all. This problem persists despite checking all connections. Telephonic complaints are lodged with MR. Chikkanna without any response.

Will some one look in to the problem or as usual "TO HELL WITH THE CUSTOMER ATTITUDE? "
