Non-attend of coplaints against Phone No. 42267301

This is very regret to inform you that, we have made a complaint against non-working of our broadband connection Phone No. 42267301 (A/c. No. 11440314) vide complaint No. 3514588 dt. 04.02.08 . When we have made this complaint your executive informed that the complaint should be attended on 04.02.08 before 11.30 AM. But nothing has happened and we tried again in 5.30 PM on the same day and your executive rudly behaved to us and not heared our words.

We dont have any complaint against your executives but we have a request please withdraw our connection immediately if you fail to attend this complaint and your non working broadband is waste for us now we can replace another one to meet our requirements properly.

We again reiterate that if you fail to attend the complaint immediately by 11.30 AM on 05.02. please withdraw our connection.
