Broadband Home 500 Plan
Change of Plan not effected

My telephone no. is 23752299. I requested change of my broad band plan from Home 500 to Home 500 on March 13. But the bill Dt. 08.05. for the month of April'09, is showing the old plan only. I request you to immediately change the bill to Home 500 plan as per my request, and re - issue the bill accordingly.
