Delay in installation

I reside in secretariat colony, Manikonda, rajendranagar mandal, Hyderabad and have BSNL landline connection no: 08413-233070 which comes under Narsinghi sub exchange, Shamshabad main exchange. I have applied for broadband internet connection and paid lumpsum money of Rs.1040/- towards purchase of ADLS modem on 27-12. I was told that the connection will be given in 4 days. I have contacted the junior Engineer of Narsinghi sub exchange many times for installation of the above. every time he says that he will be sending the persons the same day. However he is not sending anybody for giving the internet connection. Almost one month is over still he is not providing the connection. Kindly take necessary action so that I get internet connection.
