Fraud done by Reliance official and refund of installation charges within 24 hours

I have asked for broadband connection from reliance officials. They send a person at my residence to collect money and the required documents (on 3rd September). They (Surya) told me that I will get connection with in 2-3 days. He also shared mobile number of his team lead and project manager.

Residence verification and telephonic verification was done with-in 2 working days. I have asked customer care executives regarding status after 3 days. Every time they given different answers regarding broadband connection.

1) You will get it in 7 days.

2) Conenction is not physible in your locality. You will get it in 3 weeks.

3) Modems are not available. We don't know when you will get the connection.

4) Have you made any such request? we don't have any data related to your bill reference number and mobile number.

I have made lot of phone call to the

1) Team lead (Shiva)

2) Project Manager (Abraham)

3) Executive (Surya)

Shiva and Abraham have not picked up the phone and Surya has given some unprofessional answers.

I have made atleast 20 call to TL and PM. They have not responded. I have send SMS to them also. Still they have not responded as if they are running away from me.

Then I have given names of

1) Project manager (Abraham) along with his mobile number

2) Team lead (Shiva)

3) Executive (Surya)

to ensure they are not fake like reference number given by them (10th Sep 2009).

Later on, I got call from Shiva, he told me he is sending an executive for refund of money.

Instead he has send some other person Manohar (executive) who changed his mind after reaching my residence and started explaining the fraud plan his company has.

Again he said that he want documents etc and you will get connection with-in 3 days.

So it seems Officials in Reliance are there to collect money from there customers. They would not hesitate collecting money several times from a single cutomer.

Neither they have modem nor they have intension to give broadband connection for their customer.

They can't deny new connection request even if they don't have modem for that. Because connection request is only money for them and they can't deny money.

Best thing I can expect from Reliance people is refund of my money with in 1 days.

Even a local shop keeper can refund the money if anyone point finger on him.

I think Reliance people should learn from them.

If I am not getting refund of money, I would ensure that people around me are aware of Reliance official's intensions.
