Dear Sir,

I have lodged a complaint against broadband interconnection in the last week. Now since that day my internet connection is not working. Your representative is also making us fool by saying that we are doing, doing, but result is yet to be come. I am sorry to say that you are providing worst services to your customers and loosing your confidence, finally we are facing a lot of problems due to you. We are also running service centre for the recognised company but never provide bad service like you are providing to your customer.

Please solve our problem, otherwise we have no other option to go in consumer court and lodged a complaint against you as you are hasrred us for the last a few days.
