Oadband not working

I have several complaints lodged with you call center and other depts for rectifying my broadband connectivity which is non functional for the past one month but i have not been serviced by your incompetent and irresponsible dept till date. You have proved that a SARKARI dept will always be a SARKARI dept. The cell numbers given for reaching the Area manager and the GM seem to be non existant as nobody bothers to pick up these phones. Its a shame that we have to live with such incompetence.
