Cancellation of registration

I've registered online for installation of New Broadband services at my present address against my telephone no. 033-24054652.One of executive has come and take signature in the prescribed form and assured that Connection will be given within 03 days, but already 08 days have been passed but no such connection has been installed against this telephone number. So I have decided to cancell my registrtion. Hope you will take necessary steps to cancell my registration at your end.
