Broad Band Not Working

Dear Sir,

Really I am fed up of BSNL (Broad Band Service). My Boroad Band Service is not working properly. I am holding telephone No. 02550 -276935, Ojhar-Nasik. I have contacted Ojhar Exchange I could not get response. Ojhar Exchange informed me i have to contact to Nasik Exchange and today i talked to Mr. Kale of Nasik Office on telephone No. 02532580001 and 2312888 on telephone he could not solve my proble what steps he has given on telphone for internet i have done but still my Boroad is not working continueously error is coming and last he informed me that i am helpless i am unable to do this job and you talk and again lodged your complaint on telephone No.2319888 i have tried this no near about one hour but no body has lifted this phone. I do not understand how to solve this problem. If this problem is not sorted with 2 days then i will go to consumer complaints. And i would like to informe you that your staff do not know how to talk to the consumer on telephone always they talk arogantly please note this.
