Non installation of Internet

I don't know why you people give wrong messages to customers that you will install your services within 2 days. Its been 10 days & still no installation. I have taken Broadband connection for Internet for my Laptop and that to for urgent purpose. Given everthing required on spot to your Service man Named Samar Pal on the same day i.e.7th June'08. In spite of regular follow ups nothing has happened as such till date. I complained to Mr. Manish his senior regarding this but its still not been installed. Its so painful that these people give wrong info to customers. I am feeling so helpless that i want to take another connection from somebody else. Mr. Manish is even not picking his phone... Kindly do the needful otherwise i will escalate it to your senior people. Please do the needful ASAP.
