Non Functioning of Broad Connection

1. One Broad Band connection vide account No BBCNT2700947 and Phone No 2700947 is held in favour of Lt Col PPS Grewal 2 FIELD ORD DEPOT, BB Cantt, Srinagar.

2. The aforesaid Broad Band is not functioning for 02 days and complain has been given on each days since 08 Aug 09 but no action has been taken by your office as yet.

3. Therefore, you are requested to repair the Broad Band connection immediately and monthly rental for the month of September be reduced for number of days Broad Band did not function.
