ERROR ON READING

Sir,

I am subscribing 04782872310 connectivity of Brodband Home 500 Pack. But, on 25th and 26th my reading has been dramatically incresed without using. Even the free hours 2am till 8am also found charged. I never exceed more than 1.5 GB. But using my portal ID, I am surprized to see the usage of 4.2GB. Kindly rectify this error and your earliest action in the above matter will be highly appreciated.
