Non receipt of bdr cheque from religare

I was appointed as a bdr by religare at the pitam pura branch, delhi.i received 4-5 cheques as a bdr cheques from religare. but for the last 12 months they are not sending my bdr cheques to me as they told that we can not issue a cheque if it is below 500/- but as per their confirmation, no cheque was due below 500/-. kindly let me know, what should i do? thanx and regards.sunil jindal. my mobile no. is 09999579762&-delhi
