Harrassment by broke

As per you advice we refuse him to pay brokerage he is creating problem for us, now he calling us and creating nuisance so now what we should do how to file case against him we are really scared. We don’t want to pay him Pls …..Need help as early as possible he is giving ultimatum; He is saying he will throw all the appliances from our house Pls tell us what we should do.
