Internet problem

Espected sir, i balasubramamiyan aged (66 years) staying in the address 9/1-221 indra nager, pudusampalli, mettur dam -636403., i got internet connection before four months.my phone number is 224384 . but still now i am anable to work in internet because of connection problem. i have already complined many times in local bsnl office.they are making some alternate solutions which gives only negative result. i have already payed the bill correctly.i dont know what is the next step to make.so please give proper feedback or solution to my problem regarding internet connection..
