Foreign particles found in mineral water bottle

yesterday we purchasea mineral water bottle which is been costing of Rs. 13 we found inside foreign particles was there the reason is no proper filterization or using dirty water there are lots of people in mumbai city who drinks mineral water if something happens to them then who will be the responsible So I request you to take some action.
