Dear sir,

I prashant jagdish angane purchased brother printer 165-c but i have problem to take printout its in waranty period and i complaint about it but they are telling they have charge of 625 rs. do u think its right? i am ready to give max 150 RS.. its urgent for me but i will not give 625 rs in warnaty period what to do?
