Warranty support not given

The company is based in Domlur, Bangalore. I get SMS every other day regarding their pest control. I have a cockroach problem in my home and thought of calling them for treatment. The person came and put some kind of paste in some rooms of the house. And said the cockroaches will all go away in 3-4 days. He gave me a receipt with 6 months warranty and charged Rs. 500/-. But after 2 weeks also, the problem remained. I called him to get the problem fixed because I have a 6 months warranty. It is over a month now, he gives one or the other reason and doesnt show up. What should I do?
