BSA/ BSA Trademill (Model No-8625)
Deffective trademill costing Rs29, 500/ replacement

I had purchased a BSA Trademill at Rs29, 5000/- from Sports Care, Panbazar, Ghy, Assam on 30.04.2009 (Memo No-4519). But from the morning of the 10th day of its purchase (i.e 10.05.2009) the Trademill becomes unoperatable. I immediately informed to Sports Care (Tel. No 03612733201 & 9435195322) and they send their service Enginner. He said about the manufacturing defects of the product and taken away the deffective parts with him. As the product becomes deffective from the very biggening I do not want the repaired one. I want the replacement of the product with a new one.

I contacted to the authorised person of manufaceturer BSA / Ticycles India, Mr. Anand K (tel.no-09940087719) who had assuered me that he will do some positive. But from the next day I have noticed that he is also not receiving my phone. I send mail to their customercare section also along with the dealer. But no fruitful results till date.

Please help.
