Disconection without notice and after online payment

Actually this time I have not received the bill on time. So I was unable to pay same on time But today at 12:25 pm your recovery agents came to my home and started abusing with my parents. I have talked with them on phone and said to them that I will pay bill online immediately. They were demanding a cheque I told them that the bank account is in my name and I am here in Noida . they told me that give any cheque and anybody sign on it as they have to show in office. Ireplied them that how any other person can sign on my cheque they say that they don’t know anything but they went back without disconnection

By the mean time I paid the bill online on net and the transaction number is MCIT8120080297 . But unfortunately they arrived again at 1:00 pm and demanded Rs 1000 as bribe to avoid disconnection . my parents told them that I have paid online but they have listened nothing and disconnected due to nonfulfillment of their demand.
