Correction in Voter ID cards

I am a resident of I--4/87, II Floor, Sector -16, Rohini, New -- Delhi -- 110089, In the voter list the names of my wife & son were wrongly printed. The voter ID cards were depositted back with new forms at your Election office at Prahaladpur, but we have not received back our Photo ID cards. I have visited the office so many times but no response. Pl advise how we can receive back our corrected photo ID cards.
