NAME CHANGE REQUEST FOR METER PENDING

Dear Sir,

I have place a Name change request for my home Meter vide request no. R2907090001270 . Whenever I check with BSES call center they say it will be done in next 3 days but now weeks have been passed no body call up.

Pls look into it.
