I have applied for meter name changed in BSES, it almost took 2 month to complete this. But when the BSES person came to visit my home site, he said that your document is not sufficient and this would not be complete, but suddenly he said, if you give me 400 hundred Rs, I would accept this document. other wise you this work will remain pending for long. My mother is not literate and she gave him 300 hundred after bargain. And he accepted 300 hundred Rs. This is the reality of india. A 74 year old man is fighting against corruption (ANNA HAZARE) and the rest is doing the same thing. I have sent mail to CEO of bses, let's see He will take any action or he is from same category.
