BSES
Street Light Not Working

Dear Sir,

I am Living in E-521, DDA Flats, Pocket-3, Bindapur ND-59. The street light light in front of my house not working since 2 month even whole street is under darkness not a single light working here. i have made complaint by BSES coustomer center which no.08093001512 and also make on line complaint by www.bsesdelhi.com which no. is :-01626 but after a long time when no action taken my cmplaint by BSES i try to make complaint inline again then system show your comlaint is under process... but still street light under darkness. This has become very dangerous due to darkness for the people and children who walk on road.i have try to trace complaint which i make by coustomer support but helpline person told me that he made a complaint and BSES engineer working on that i do not know how can BSES person so careless about complaint. than what meaing of coustomer support server or coustomer support center.

Please take it seriously as it matters to consumer right.
