Hello Sir,
With due respect i would like to share the WORST customer service provided by BSES TODAY (28th July). I am the resident of Mohan Garden Uttam Nagar East.
Today in the morning there was a fire on the electricity pole near my house and the fire was on the Electricity line that comes to my house.
I called the customer care at this number 011-39999707 at 10:30am in the morning and i got this complaint number 1002 and i was promised that some electrician will reach in the next 45min.
I called the customer care again and again at 10:24am, 11:23am, 11:31am, 11:32am, 12:31pm, 3:16pm, 4:15pm, 7:09pm, 8:44pm and 8:55pm. But still no response.
Then i got a call from some supervisor from this number 011-130651700 at 4:09pm and he said that i will get the electrician soon. But still no response.
Last i called at 9:00pm and the representive gave me this reference number : 3448 and said that i will get some electrician soon.
I feel that the electrician will come after there is fire in the house.
I am reallly fed up with the service and woudl like you to take some action again the electrcians that work at Hastal centre that is responsible for the work.
My address is Plot no :13, Gali no : 5, Near Kali Mata Mandir. Mohangarden.
Please look into the matter and i will also log a Police complaint right now so that if there is any fire then i should have the proof that it is due to fault from BSES END .
Waiting for a better Service in future and also please resolve my above complaint at the earliest.
