ILLEGAL USE OF ELECTRICITY FOR ONE YEAR

Respected Sir/Mam,

In EAST AZAD NAGAR, STREET NO-10, POST OFFICE KRISHNA NAGAR, DELH - 110 051 one Mr. RAJESH KUMAR VARUN of house number 54-A of the above mentioned locality is a habitual offender of electrity theft. Few months ago his residence was raided by the BSES, Delhi's anti theft staff members and found pilferage of electricity bypassing the electricity meter. They immediately confesticated his meter. From that day Mr. RAJESH KUMAR VARUN ENJOYING FREE OF COST ELECTRICITY WITHOUT PAYING A SINGLE PAISE FOR HIS CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY WITHOUT METER. EVEN HE HAS NOT PAID ANY PENALTY TILL DATE FOR HIS MISDEED. On the other hand those persons, like myself, who has been paying for the electricity consumption feel frustrated on seeing that the great thief using electricity without paying any charges.
