No one come to repair Street Light

Dear Sir,

This is regarding BSES Complaint No.09090801120 Dated 28th August for repair Street Light in our Street. Electrician from BSES neither come to repair the street light which was not working from August nor Call me regarding the same. I have called many times in BSES Call center no. 39999707, they always told me that " Sir We have forward your complaint in High Priority basis and your problem will be solve in next 48 hours. But problem is same, no action regarding this. so i request you to please do something for the same. i really thankful to you.
