WRONG THEFT CASE/ASSESSMENT USAGE

The enforment department of BSES Rajdhani Ltd. was conducted raids and loadging fake cases of wrong/excess usage of power/Theft & demanding money, if you are not giving them the demaded money, they will lodging complaint of theft case without any base and customers are not even aware it, later on sending the inflated bill of Rs. 78000/- and their staff in grievenace are ready to listen, in return their junior staff will come & threat for disconnection ecltricity and lodging of FIR against the User. we have request that SOME STRICT CATION SHOULD BE INTIATED AGAINST ABOVE SAID COMPANY FOR SUCH MALPRACTICES. So that common should not suffer. we are ready to fight a legal case against the company. KIndly advise, how can we fight it out case and get back the hrad earned money bach from them.
