Dear Sir/Madam

I Vivek Kumar Singhal R/o E-32 Siddharth Nagar (also known as Siddharth Basti), New Delhi – 110014, working as Assistant Manager in BSNL, New Delhi.

Sir, an electric pole (as mentioned in the subject above) is installed in front of my above mentioned residence, and the main electricity supply wire is passing nearby the balcony of first floor of my residence. Yesterday, I noticed sparking and smoke coming out from that electricity main wire. This sparking may cause any untoward incident, which may result in disaster, therefore, I request you to kindly change/repair the main electric wire, so that any undesirable happening can be avoided.
