I made a request to BSES Rajdhani Power Limited @ 20/10 regarding Name change & submitted all demanded documents, afterwards they have given me assurance that in next billing it will be change surely. After a week once i have checked online status of my request number, The status was request cancelled & that was without my knowledge, Then again i called in customer care & inquire to them reason then they stated that we need one NOC of your co-owner, Then again i made & went to submitted. After few days again i checked online status & again there was cancelled status, then again i called up & inquire about the same then they said we havnt received your NOC, then I told them i have submitted the same almost 10 days back to your CHD (customer Help Desk). They were asking to whom you have submitted, what was the name of the person. CHD person was not ready to give us acknowledgement too. I said i am not knowing the name, But some how we have taken the acknowledgement. Then they finally taken my request & updated online too & confirmed me that we will change your name in next bill.

But when i received the new bill, "there was no changes"Once i called in customer care they said your request has not in process, once i said i am checking online almost every second day, its is showing that my request in process, Then they said Online is not updated.

Once we wont pay bill on time they charge penalty to customer or some time they disconnect the electric supplies too, but once they dont delivered work on time & harassing to the customer they should get penalty for this.
