Shifting the meter in home require a second meter due to overloading

with due respect, i am requesting for shifting the electricity meter in my home due to construction purpose it has hanged on the poll IN APRIL MONTH, also i am requesting for arrange a second meter for me, due to overloading of 3 floor.
