TARLOK SINGH, R/O E-27, WZ-452B SECOND FLOOR STREET NO 24 SHIV NAGAR NEW DELHI-110058.METER IS KEPT STOPPED MOST OF THE TIME & ALL ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES (A/C, MOTOR ETC. ARE RUNNING DAY/NIGHT) Same has been repeatedly reported to the company without any action.
