Inflated billing

We are the domestic users of BSES having domestics connection of 5KW bearing CRN no 2520167138 we have received the bill for the month oct'09 for 9120/-.

we are using basement for domestic usage for our internal requirement as we have one room for slepping with no airconditioners or heavy motors installed there the only whihc is being used is 1 tubelight & 1 fan for max 8-9 hrs. the bill of 9120 is extermely next to impossible and we can challenge on this.

we would like to file a complaint against BSES for sending us inflated bills and installing high speed meters and causing mental harassment and agony to us
