Irregularities in supplying a broadband connection and charging Amount in bill from last 4 months

I had submitted complain for the compensation on broadband amount from last three months. The BSNL Ahmadabad division has charged broadband charges in my bill without supplying accurate internet connection on my telephone number 079-22821759.

Even the customer care makes false promises of repairing the connection.

Please find the attached copies of complain along with the BILL. for this month my net connection started. But they have charged fees for usage.

But I want my money back, for what i have not used the internet connection form last 4 month.
