Sir, I am using both BSNL and Idea connections. Earlier by mistakenly I subscibed aome alerts in BSNL network. After that I contacted the customer support executive and deactivated the service. But from last month onwards the same alert activated without my consent and sms, they simply deducted Rs.30/- for one month. My BSNL number is 9446800598. The same way I deactivated the ringback tone facility in my idea number. Still everymonth they are charging and deducting Rs.30/- automatically without my permission. My idea number is 9562206707. Please find a solution for me.
