Bsnl and vodafone
Messages from unknown numbe

Sir, I have been receiving messages from an unknown number of bsnl 9478895353 since last 1 week saying that he is a friend of mine. He tells his name to be Abhishek mehra.

Now again he has changed his number to vodafone number 7814565820 and continues to message me. I called him many a times and asked him not to message me anymore as i dont know him but he doesnot stop.

I wonder on what behalf the companies distribute their numbers to anyone.

I am really stressed with the same. Please help me as soon as possible
